Вроде бы как идея и хорошая, забота о работниках, но, на предприятии уже есть помещение столовой, которая была закрыта в 2018 году, с тех пор так и пустующее.
Неоднократно заявлялось о том, что денег хватает. На предприятии проблема с наличием запчастей для ремонта подвижного состава. Техническое состояние, особенно трамваев, удручающее, по 7-8 заходов в день. В ВРМ уже 9 месяцев (с сентября прошлого года) проходит капитальный ремонт вагона 1089.
Вопрос, какова целесообразность расходования бюджетных (или собственных) средств, для строительства новой столовой, в то время, как на территории уже есть полноценное помещение столовой, и для которой уже объявлялось два тендера на закупку оборудования общей стоимостью около 150 тыс. грн. (при до сих пор не работающей столовой, в 2018 и 2020 годах)?
И это происходит в то время, когда на предприятии продолжает ухудшаться техническое состояние подвижного состава.
