Уголовное дело о жестоком обращении с животными возбуждено в отношении москвича, выбросившего собаку из окна пятого этажа.

Инцидент произошел во время семейной ссоры в одной из квартир на улице Верхние поля на юго-востоке Москвы. Муж с женой выясняли отношения на повышенных тонах, не обращая внимания на присутствие детей — сына четырех и дочери трех лет.
Причину ссоры в полиции не сообщают, однако известно, что в ходе скандала мужчина схватил домашнюю собаку породы чихуахуа, и вышвырнул ее в окно с пятого этажа. Дети оказались невольными свидетелями произошедшего, а их мать, шокированная таким поступком супруга, написала заявление в полицию.
По факту жестокого обращения с животным возбуждено уголовное дело. Как сообщили в пресс-службе столичной полиции, пес чудом остался жив, хотя получило серьезные травмы. Возможно, собаку придется усыпить.
Если вина подозреваемого будет доказана, ему грозит штраф до 80 тысяч рублей. Либо лишение свободы на срок до полугода, в том случае если случившееся нежелательным образом отразится на психологическом состоянии детей.
